OUR SERVICES

• meet with you at your property to inspect and advise you as to its rental potential
• make recommendations regarding any changes that may improve the cottage marketability
• photograph and videotape your cottage for use in our Internet web page, marketing and promotion
• use a comprehensive marketing strategy to find the right renter for your property
• take care of all mail, telephone, INTERNET and walk-in inquiries
• create individualized "House Rules", "Inventory List", "Map and Route Directions" for each property which will help to ensure that the booking period proceeds smoothly for all parties
• administer the execution of booking agreements (including Security/Damage Deposits) with consumer on behalf of cottage owner
• written notification to owner of confirmed bookings, and remittance of owner cheques prior to occupancy, along with a statement of revenues and deductions transfer and return of cottage keys
• collection of appropriate deposits and full payment of booking prior to occupancy
• reimbursement of security/damage payments if required by cottage owner
• routine follow-up with all booking parties to determine their reaction to our services and the cottage
• ongoing communications with all our owners via our owner newsletter, with marketing plans and reports, updates on problems and solutions common to the booking process, and updates on changes to our administrative process, as well as feedback from consumers and owners alike.

There are no direct fees to the cottage owner for our services.  We get paid only when the cottage is rented.

This section will provide you, the Owner, vital information about your unit. From this section, you may also book available time on your unit for your personal use. We value our partnerships with our owners, and we recognize the fact that good relationships require effective communication.
